Small group but we got one of our stalwarts back into the studio.  Welcome home, Vic.  A big thank you to our model who did a stellar job for us once again.

A nice evening with Miss O

 It was great having Miss O back on the stand.  I think the artists are feeling the same as I, that the rust is finally getting knocked off and we are all more comfortable at the easel.  All in all, a nice evening of drawing.

Restrictions update

 I have been informed that the mask mandate is being removed as long as the artist is fully vaccinated.  If that is the case and you feel comfortable then we are one more step towards the old normal.

Small group, good evening

 Had a potential model crisis last evening but Cody stepped in and saved the day.  Starting to get some feel back for drawing from life.  A couple more sessions and I hope not to have to struggle through the first few sketches.  A couple of artists expressed the same frustration with being out of the game for 13 months.

Wow, rusty

After almost 14 months off we finally got together in a small group to knock off some of the rust that, in my case, most certainly accumulated.  It was great to see some of the group again and maybe next week there'll be a few more.  Thanks to Cody for modeling and helping us get restarted.

Remember, we are starting back up this Thursday

 May 6th at 7 o'clock.  Hope to see a few of y'all there.  It's been far too long.
