Good group for a snowy April evening

  We broke up the last pose into two 20+ minute sittings and the world didn't end.  Thanks again, Lady S.  We appreciate all you do for us.

We tried something new... for us

 Single pose.  One break.  Doesn't make for the most riveting post...

Of course, we started with gestures...

 

Then we moved to 45 minutes in a seated pose, broke to give the model some time to stretch and then finished with another 45 minutes (or thereabouts).  I think the artists had fun.  I know the time went very quickly for me.  Thanks, Lady S, for indulging our whims.

Fewer but longer poses

  We took a vote (how very revolutionary) and did three 15 minute poses and finished with our normal 45 minute pose.  The concept of an evening of gesture drawings was revisited and two of us were game for it as well as our model.  Perhaps...  We also threw out the idea of two consecutive sessions of a single pose resulting in a much deeper exploration of a drawing.  What does the group think of these ideas?
