Summer is here and the group got small

 Lady S is sporting a new haircut and it was pretty fun to draw.  She gave us some really nice poses to work with and I think we all got some decent sketches from the session.  Next meeting of the group will  be July  11th.   Have a safe and fun Independence Day.

Good group last night and we had a strong showing

  Props to Lady S.  She came through with another great modeling session and took us into the summer schedule in style.  See everyone June 27th.
 

Drawing tonight and then we start the new schedule

 After tonight these are the dates we'll be meeting for the summer.

June 27 - July 11, 25 - August 8, 22

We'll plan on resuming regular sessions beginning August 29th.  Of course, this date is subject to change.

Our Saturday Special Edition

 A nice group attended our dual model session.  The pair chose to be inspired by Michelangelo's "The Pietà".  

  I think we had a pretty nice range of art from the pose as some chose to paint, others draw.  This is Will Crain's effort.

 Okay, after this session (and Saturday's dual model session) we are heading into the Summer bi-weekly schedule.  We had a pretty good group last night and I hope everyone had a productive evening.
