A nice group for Lady P's return.  A big thanks for her as she wasn't 100% but still came through for us.

Something different

After the usual gesture drawings we had a change of routine (thanks Rachel).  We let the model determine the pose and length of pose.  Mr. M would take the stand and, without warning, break the pose and take a new one.  It made for a pretty focused night of drawing.  Making decisions without knowing whether a connection could be made sharpens the artistic senses.  Fun night that I think the artists enjoyed and the model as well.

 

 

 

We finished with the usual 45 minute pose.  Again, a fun night in front of the easel.

 

 

Lady S... Graduate!

 

 

Small group.  Too bad, some fun poses.  Wish the second to last one was the longer pose.  It looks like we'll finish the month with weekly sessions but starting in June we'll go the the every other week system.  I'll post the schedule when I get it worked out.

 The nice weather is taking its toll on attendance.  Too bad, Mr. M really does a great job for us.  We've been pretty lucky to have gotten such terrific models to work with us.
