A nice little group with our newest model, Madame D.  She did a great job for being a newbie and we look forward to working with her in the future.

No drawing scheduled for tonight...

but it appears we are a go for next week.  Hope to see y'all there.

Thank you to Jordan for bringing us all back together after a very (veeeeery) long layoff.  A good group with a new artist attending.

 This was a misstep, pardon the pun.  Usually I push through but I quit and started a new one.

To anyone who is new to the group

We meet at 7 pm until 9 pm in Room 116 of the Liberal Arts Bldg on the MSU-B campus.  The cost is $5 per artist and $3 per student.  As for materials just paper and charcoal (or whatever you enjoy drawing with).  There are easels and stools and some boards for your paper if you don't have your own.
We put in an hour to start and break (for the model) about 8 pm and then put in another 45 - 50 minutes of drawing. 
I hope this answers any questions and that we will see you tonight or in the future.  Just be sure and check this blog as late as an hour before class to make sure something hasn't caused us to cancel the session.  It's summer and all sorts of strange things happen.

I have a model set for July 11th

If anyone is still checking in here just make sure you check an hour or so before coming, just to make sure it is still on.  As of right now we will be meeting July 11.  Thanks for staying positive and keeping the faith.
